Greet Visitors And Handle Calls, Whatsapp & Walk-In Inquiries. Manage Bookings, Registrations, Attendance & Client/Payment Records. Coordinate Class Schedules With Trainers. Promote Sessions, Workshops & Events. Handle Basic Social Media (Posts, Replies, Updates). Maintain Reception Area And Manage Front Desk/Admin Tasks.

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Front Office Receptionist, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
