Flexifunds Finserv wants to bring on an Hr Recruiter for its Jhandewalan, Delhi team. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. The team is filling 2 vacancies.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Payroll, Recruitment, HRMS and Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, people-oriented attitude

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.

Salary

Compensation: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
