Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing and Ms Power Point
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
