Your responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Inventory Management and Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
