Collection/Recovery Manager

Focus Capital Services Ltd wants to bring on a Collection/Recovery Manager for its Azadpur, Delhi team. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with KYC, Financial products, MS Excel, Documentation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and ethical

What the job involves

As a Collection/Recovery Manager, your work will include:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
