Executive Assistant To Support The Founder And Manage Key Day-To-Day Administrative And Operational Responsibilities At Our Noida Studio.This Is A Hands-On Role Involving Office Administration, Project Coordination, Sculpture Logistics And Basic Financial Reporting. We Are Looking For Someone Who Can Take Ownership, Follow Through Independently. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Data entry, Basic accounting, Typing, MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and organised

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
