Outbound/Inbound Calling: Make And Receive A High Volume Of Calls Daily To Pitch Services, Book Appointments, Or Generate Leads.Customer Support: Address Customer Grievances, Uncertainties, And Questions Regarding Products Or Services.Data Management: Accurately Update And Maintain Customer Databases In The Crm (Customer Relationship Management). 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Presentation, Target achievement, Negotiation, Local market knowledge
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

The salary for this role is ₹24,000 – ₹26,000 per month.
