Ensure The Satisfaction And Loyalty Of Customers In Multiple Industries, Including E-Commerce, Telecommunications And Service Sectors. They Are Responsible For Providing Assistance, Resolving Issues And Addressing Customer Inquiries To Ensure A Seamless And Satisfying Customer Experience. Type : Inbound, International | Languages : English

Key responsibilities

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
