Inquiry Resolution: Respond To Inbound Customer Questions, Troubleshoot Basic Issues, And Provide Accurate Details Regarding Products, Services, And Company Policies.Order & Account Management: Process Orders, Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, And Account Updates While Adhering To Established Service Level Agreements (Slas).Escalation & Collaboration:. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹21,000 – ₹26,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive, your work will include:

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

• Skills: Negotiation, Customer handling, CRM, Presentation
• Good English
