Agents Typically Work For Third-Party Providers On Behalf Of Insurance Carriers To Handle The End-To-End Renewal Cycle, Including Retention, Data Updating, And Payment Assistance. Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Pay and perks
