We Are Seeking A Client Relationship Associate To Manage Client Interactions, Maintain Strong Relationships, And Ensure High Customer Satisfaction. The Role Involves Handling Client Queries, Coordinating With Internal Teams, And Supporting Business Growth Through Excellent Service. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As a Client Relationship Manager, your work will include:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Lead generation, Target achievement, Presentation, Customer handling
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A target-driven, self-motivated attitude

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
