We Are Looking For A Dynamic And Customer-Focused Client Retention Executive Who Is Fluent In Multiple Languages To Engage With Our Existing Clients, Ensure High Satisfaction, And Drive Plan Upgrades. The Ideal Candidate Will Play A Key Role In Reducing Churn And Increasing Customer Lifetime Value Through Relationship Management And Effective Upsel. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM, Customer handling, Target achievement and Local market knowledge
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and confident

What the job involves

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
