Responsibilitiesprepare Continental Dishes Including Pizza, Pasta, Burgers, Sandwiches, Wraps, Fries, Salads And Grilled Items.Prepare North Indian Dishes Including Paneer, Dal, Gravy, Tandoori Items, Paratha And Other Indian Dishes.Maintain Food Quality, Taste, Presentation And Portion Control.Handle Daily Kitchen Preparation And Mise En Place.Maintain Hygiene And Food Safety Standards.Manage Ingredients, Stock And Minimize Food Wastage.Ensure Timely Order Preparation During Busy Hours.Maintain Cleanliness And Proper Organization Of The Kitchen.Requirements25 Years Of Relevant Kitchen Experience.Must Have Good Knowledge Of Both Continental & North Indian Cuisine.Ability To Work Independently And Under Pressure.Good Cooking Skills, Hygiene And Teamwork.Immediate Joiners Preferred. Day-to-day work

• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Below 10th
• Comfortable with Chinese, Coffee, Coffee-Tea-Juice, Commi1, Commi2, Continental, Desert, Fast Food
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
