An Store Manager In Hyderabad Supports The Store Manager In Daily Operations, Staff Supervision, Inventory Control, And Driving Sales To Meet Targets. Key Roles Involve Training Employees, Ensuring Excellent Customer Service, Maintaining Merchandising Standards, And Handling Administrative Tasks, With Many Roles Requiring 1-4 Years Of Retail. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks
• Improve processes and document standard procedures
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Run daily operations smoothly against defined SLAs
• Prepare MIS reports and track key metrics
• Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹32,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Team handling, Process management, MS Excel and Vendor coordination
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, proactive attitude
