Business Development Executive

Fresh Duniya Manpower wants to bring on a Business Development Executive for its Pinjore, Panchkula team. Salary is up to ₹19,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Target achievement, Customer handling, CRM, Lead generation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone self-motivated and persuasive

Roles and responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
