Enter Bills And Expenses In Tally Erp. Prepare And Issue Invoices To Clients And Vendors In Kind Manner. Record And Maintain Quality Reports For Internal And External Audits. And Manage Day To Day Operation Including Collections, Documentation And Reporting. Assist In Coordinating With Internal Department For Smooth Workflow. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: MS Office, Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Data entry
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and organised

Key responsibilities

As a Back Office Executive, your work will include:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
