Friends Media is looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join its team in Dwarka, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Data entry, Basic accounting, Email etiquette, MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
