The Role Includes Manpower Hiring, Training, Operational Monitoring, Kpi Management, Customer Handling, And Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies And Safety Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, Lead generation, Target achievement and Presentation
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confident, persuasive attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
