We Are Hiring A Customer Support Executive To Assist And Guide Customers At Our Game Zone. The Role Focuses On Welcoming Customers, Providing Game-Related Support, Handling Queries, And Ensuring A Smooth And Enjoyable Experience.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: CRM, Presentation, Lead generation, Negotiation
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone confident and self-motivated

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
