Evaluate Recorded/Live Customer Interactions Against Dimension Of Customer Experience, Business Process And Regulatory Compliance Requirements,Must Have The Ability To Work Under Pressure Highlight Suspected Fraud, Risk Or Non-Compliance Cases When Identified Provide Feedback To Advisors In Terms Of Calls Assessed Against Defined Evaluation Criter. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, Negotiation, Presentation and Local market knowledge
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and self-motivated

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month.

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
