• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Typing speed, CRM tools
• Male Only

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
