Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Hindi and English, Verbal communication, Active listening, CRM tools
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
• A polite, calm under pressure attitude

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹17,850 per month.
