The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Leads, Handling Customer Inquiries, Scheduling Site Visits, And Converting Prospects Into Potential Buyers Through Outbound And Inbound Calls. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Domestic | Languages : Punjabi, Hindi, English | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Punjabi, Real Estate and Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Sales, Domestic
• Languages: Punjabi, Hindi, English
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• Someone polite and calm under pressure

What you will do

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
