Make Outbound Calls To Promote And Sell Products Or Services. Address Customer Queries, Negotiate Deals, And Meet Sales Targets. Maintain Detailed Call Records And Follow Up With Leads Effectively. Marketing | Languages : Gujarati, Punjabi, Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marketing, Punjabi
• Female Only
