Day-to-day work

As a Personal Loan Telecaller, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Mutual Funds, Real Estate, Tamil
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Tamil
