Futuristhr Consultancy wants to bring on a Customer Service for its Nahur East, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

As a Customer Service, your work will include:

• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Outbound, Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• You are self-motivated and persuasive

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
