G.D.M Management is looking for a Debt Recovery Agent to join its team in Karnal. The team is filling 10 vacancies. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Compliance, Financial products, Customer acquisition and Documentation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone ethical and trustworthy

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
