Understanding Labour Laws, Disciplinary Procedures.Support Implementation Of Hr Initiatives And System. Maintain Employee Records As Per Policy & Legal Requirements. Responsible For Administrative Tasks. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.

What you get

You will be paid ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Recruitment, HRMS, MS Excel, Payroll
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
