Gajra Gears Pvt Ltd is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join its team in Dharmatala, Kolkata. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month.

Lead And Oversee Sales Teams To Achieve Organizational Targets. Develop Strategies, Monitor Performance, And Provide Coaching To Team Members. Analyze Market Trends And Adjust Plans For Optimal Results. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with CRM, Negotiation, Customer handling, Target achievement
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are self-motivated and persuasive

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
