Orical Technology Llp Is Looking For A Motivated And Enthusiastic Hr Recruiter To Join Our Team. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Sourcing, Screening, And Hiring Candidates For Various Positions Such As Telesales Executives, Tender Executives, And Other Roles Within The Company. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, HRMS, Screening, MS Excel
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
