A Customer Care Executive (Cce) Acts As The Primary Link Between A Company And Its Customers, Handling Inquiries, Complaints, And Service Requests Via Phone, Email, Or Chat. They Are Responsible For Resolving Issues, Providing Product Information, And Ensuring High Customer Satisfaction, Typically Within A Fast-Paced Environment.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Presentation, Customer handling, Negotiation and Local market knowledge
• Basic English
