A Sales Coordinator Supports The Sales Team By Managing Administrative Tasks, Processing Orders, Maintaining Crm Data, And Acting As A Liaison Between Sales, Clients, And Other Departments To Ensure Efficient Operations And High Customer Satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Order Management: Processing Incoming Sales Orders, Verifying Pricing/Avail. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Active listening, Typing speed, Hindi and English
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A polite, customer-first attitude
