Resolve Billing Disputes, Handle Accounts Payable And Receivable, Ensuring Accurate Entries And Timely Settlements. Share Area-Wise Due Lists With Field Staff, Follow Up With Clients For Payments, And Create Debit/Credit Notes. Reconcile Discrepancies, Maintain Financial Records, And Coordinate With Vendors/Clients. Must Know Busy/Easysol Software. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Tally, Bank reconciliation, MS Excel, Accounts receivable
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
