Monitor And Maintain Office Equipment Supplies And Arrange Repairs, Staff Engagement. Assist Colleagues, Supervise Staff And Delegate Experience In Handling Office Administration Maintain Office Records, Create Databases & Update Spreadsheets Assisting With Recruitment, And Ensuring Compliance, Hr Reports. Knowledge Of Pivot Table Google Sheet. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Screening, Recruitment, MS Excel and HRMS
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, people-oriented attitude
