Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Inventory Management, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
