What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, MS Power Point, Internet Surfing, MS Word
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• You are organised and well spoken

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
