Ensure Consistent Food Quality, Taste, Presentation And Hygieneplan Menus, Specials And Seasonal Offeringsmanage Food Costs, Portion Control And Kitchen Inventory. Ensure Efficient Kitchen Operations And Minimise Wastage. Maintain High Standards Of Food Safety And Cleanliness. Coordinate With The Management And Service Team For Smooth Operations. Handle Kitchen Procurement And Vendor Coordination. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | North Indian, South Indian, Restaurant Experience, Head Chef | Skills Needed : Chinese, Non Veg, Veg, Continental, Tandoor

What you get

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Chinese, Continental, Head Chef, Non Veg, North Indian, Restaurant Experience, South Indian, Tandoor
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
