To Prepare And Send The Quotation As Per The Standard Format Suggested By Sales Team Against The Clients Enquiries. Telephonic Follow Up With Clients After Submission Of Quotations For Any Queries And Reply To Them. Vendor Registration Procedure With New Clients. To Work On Government Portals, Including The Jem Portal For Online Tenders. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Email, Computer | Basic Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• Basic Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word
• You are well spoken and organised

Roles and responsibilities

As a Back Office Sales Assistant, your work will include:

• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
