Oversee The Maintenance, Safety, And Functionality Of Buildings And Properties. Coordinate Repairs, Vendor Contracts, And Space Utilization. Ensure Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹13,500 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: Below 10th
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Typing
• No English required
• Freshers can apply
