We Are Looking For Energetic And Target-Driven Business Development Executives (Field Sales) To Join Our Team. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For On-Field Sales Activities, Customer Acquisition, And Business Expansion In Assigned Territories.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM, Negotiation, Customer handling and Target achievement
• Male Only
• Basic English

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
