We Are Looking For A Motivated And Results-Driven Real Estate Sales & Crm Executive To Manage Direct Client Enquiries, Conduct Property Site Visits, And Close Sales.Handle And Follow Up With Direct Client Enquiries And Leads Through The Crm System.Saturday And Sunday Site Visits Are Mandatory, As These Are The Primary Days For Client Visits.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
