Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Customer acquisition, Financial products and KYC
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Day-to-day work

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
