Gianis Ice Cream is looking for an Area Manager to join its team in Saket, Meerut. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month.

We Are Looking For A Hands-On Area Manager To Manage Our Qsr Outlets End-To-End. This Is An Execution-Focused Role, Not A Desk Job. You Will Be Responsible For Daily Operations, Sop Compliance, Audits, Staff Discipline, And Store Performance. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Customer handling, Target achievement, CRM, Negotiation
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
