We Are Seeking A Highly Skilled, Technically Proficient, And Leadership-Driven Cnc Laser Machine Department Head. In This Role, You Will Take Complete Ownership Of Our Laser Cutting Department. You Will Be Responsible For End-To-End Operations, Which Includes Creating Technical Designs In Autocad, Writing And Optimizing Cnc Programs. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | CNC

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Cnc
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• You'll reduce wastage and improve line efficiency.
• You'll support preventive maintenance and 5S on the shop floor.
• Run production as per daily plan, quality and safety norms
• Carry out quality checks and maintain inspection records.
• Operate and monitor machines and report breakdowns.
• Coordinate with stores, maintenance and dispatch teams
