Giridhar Placement & Services is looking for a Back Office to join its team in Topsia Road, Kolkata. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Email etiquette, Record keeping and Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and organised
