Resolve Customer Issues Efficiently And Escalate Complex Cases When Necessary. Ensure A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction. Document Interactions, Feedback, And Resolutions In Crm Systems. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English

Day-to-day work

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
