Giridhar Placement & Services is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Naraina, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹18,000/month.

Salary

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Email etiquette, MS Office and Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and well spoken

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
