Manage The Director'S Calendar. Appointments & Meetings, And Travel Arrangements. Prepare Reports, Presentations & Agendas, And Meeting Materials. Google Sheets. Schedule And Coordinate Internal And External Meetings. Prepare Meeting Agendas And Take Minutes During Meetings. Strong Followups. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Office, Typing, Email etiquette, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, well spoken attitude
