Prepare Meeting Agendas, Presentations, Reports, And Minutes Of Meetings (Mom). Coordinate Communication Between The Director And Internal/External Stakeholders. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Typing, Record keeping and Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, detail-oriented attitude

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
