Manage The Director'S Calendar, Appointments, Meetings, And Travel Arrangements. Screen Phone Calls, Emails, And Correspondence, Prioritizing Important Matters. Prepare Meeting Agendas, Presentations, Reports, And Minutes Of Meetings (Mom). Coordinate Communication Between The Director And Internal/External Stakeholders. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Data entry, Record keeping and Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
